Nancy began her career in the financial services industry in 2000 and is a dedicated team member who shares a caring attitude and is devoted to providing administrative and customer service that exceeds expectations.

Prior to joining Ascend, Nancy gained client service experience working in the healthcare, engineering and non-profit sectors. Now as a Senior Registered Account Administrator, she holds a Series 7 securities registration and is also a commissioned notary public.

In addition to serving as a key point of contact for any account related questions or service issues, Nancy works with clients to complete the necessary forms and applications to streamline asset transfers and account changes.

Away from the office, Nancy enjoys reading and listening to music, spending time with her son, daughter and grandchildren, and walking her dog Teddie.  She has also volunteered her time with Meals on Wheels.
