DUBLIN, OHIO – Tony Reilly, CEO, Ascend Advisory had the privilege of hosting Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason for an intimate evening at the Dublin, Ohio headquarters with the fellow Irish community as part of a ribbon cutting ceremony last night.

“Having Ambassador Byrne Nason join me as an Irish-American business owner is such an honor. She's here to open the Irish Festival in Dublin, Ohio,” according to Tony Reilly, CEO, Ascend Advisory.


He went on to say, "I see the importance of the Irish festival as a crucial opportunity to celebrate the long-standing close relationship between Ireland and the United States."

 

As an Irish-born American, Reilly has kept strong ties with the community since starting his business, which is now $2B assets under management (as of 3/27/24).


"When I looked back and knowing this opportunity, great opportunity for Dublin, Ohio, for Ohio as a whole, and then for Ireland to have the ambassador,' Reilly said in his ribbon cutting speech, 'how did all that happen? “And as I just look in this room and in the brief conversations I've had here with you this evening, that is realized for me every single day in the job that I do, almost 40 million Americans identify as, of Irish heritage. 23 of your 46 presidents so far have, had Irish, Irish heritage. So we feel very much at home,” according to Ambassador Byrne Nason in her speech.
